How it works

From the first contact, the customer defines the details of the part to be produced. The customer receives the budget amount and pays the down payment (30% of the total).

We start manufacturing according to the chosen project.

Throughout the process, the customer (if he so wishes) receives updates and can participate in the composition choices (handle wood, leather color, etc...)

Once the piece is finished, the customer makes the remaining payment (including shipping) and we send it via Post Office to the address provided.

Não, como todo trabalho é feito de forma artesanal, trabalhamos apenas sob encomenda.

Qual o tempo de produção?

O tempo de produção pode variar entre 60 a 120 dias, dependendo do nível de complexidade do projeto.
Pode ser enviado para qualquer lugar, inclusive para o exterior?

Sim, através dos Correios. Remessas internacionais - é preciso que o cliente esteja ciente das regras alfandegárias de seu país. Há países onde pode ser necessário ter uma licença de colecionador, por exemplo.
Quais são as formas e meios de pagamento?

30% de sinal, no ato da encomenda. O restante + frete, na finalização da peça; Você pode fazer o pagamento via Pay Pal, Mercado Pago, Pix, Transferência Bancária ou Cartão de Crédito
Me arrependi. Tenho direito a devolução do sinal?
